How to Use

Test your pond’s KH and pH levels using a reliable test kit. Test at the same time each day — midday is recommended for accurate, consistent readings.
Calculate your pond volume in gallons using the pond size calculation guide.
Measure the correct BuffMAX dose based on your pond volume using the application rate chart.
Dissolve the measured dose in a bucket of pond water before adding to the pond for even distribution.
Add the dissolved solution to areas of active water flow — near waterfalls, pump returns, or aeration points.
Apply once weekly for routine KH and pH maintenance.
For ongoing pH instability: apply up to every 3 days at the standard rate until pH stabilizes and remains consistently in the safe range.
