United States Consumer Warranty Information:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To make a claim under the Warranty you must return the faulty product to the place of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

*Where the goods recipient is aged 17 years or under, we request that a parent/guardian complete the questionnaire.

Your privacy is important to us and a copy of the Privacy Statement may be found on the applicable countries’ PondMAX website or may be requested in writing to our Privacy Officer. All personal information collected on the questionnaire is primarily used to maintain a database for Extended Guarantee, internal research, product and marketing initiatives.
