PondMAX Legacy Series Pressure Filter is a high-efficiency pressurized pond filter system designed for reliable filtration in garden ponds, koi ponds, and water features. Available with an integrated UV-C option, this pond filter helps control green water algae and maintain clear, healthy pond water even in full sun conditions.
This pressurized biological pond filter delivers effective mechanical and biological filtration in a compact footprint. Internal double-action biological sponges and quality filter media help remove debris while supporting beneficial bacteria for balanced pond conditions. Installation is simple and works easily on both new and existing ponds.
The built-in backwash system simplifies maintenance through a top-mounted valve, crank handle for compressing and circulating the sponges, and a waste outlet to discharge dirty water during cleaning. Designed for consistent performance with minimal effort, this bio pressure pond filter requires a pump (not included) to circulate water through the system and is suitable for ponds with or without fish.

I have a 1000 gallon pond and use the 2400 PondMAX Pressure Filter with UV. I love it! Also had the 1200 one on another pond and never had an issue with it.

I have a PondMAX Pressure filter, easy to maintain. I have a 4000GPH pump, pulling water at the surface through a skimmer and also through a bottom drain/aerator. This is a big factor. So a lot of sediment is pulled into the filter, keeping things clear.
