Product Details:
The PondMAX SF Series All-in-One Filter combines a submersible pump, dual-density mechanical filtration, zeolite biological media, built-in UV-C clarifier, and fountain nozzle options into a single compact unit. Place it at the pond bottom, plug it in, and it handles everything — mechanical, biological, and UV filtration plus water movement and fountain display. Available in two models for ponds up to 750 gallons (no fish/shaded) or 1,000 gallons. Backed by a 2-year warranty.
FEATURES
All-in-one submersible pond filter with built-in pump, UV clarifier, filtration system, and fountain nozzle
Compact pond pump filter combo with UV ideal for small to medium ponds
Large surface-area filter foams help reduce clogging from leaves and debris
Durable lid design supports efficient filtration and debris separation
Zeolite media supports beneficial bacteria growth and helps absorb ammonia
What’s Included In the Box
- SF All-in-One filter unit with 20 ft power cord (powers both pump and UV-C lamp from one cable)
- Side foam pad (lower density) — coarse mechanical filtration
- Top foam pad (high density) — fine particle mechanical filtration
- Zeolite filter media — biological filtration and ammonia absorption
- Built-in UV-C clarifier (9W — SF750 / 13W — SF1000)
- Swivel adapter — keeps fountain nozzle level on uneven pond bottoms
- Telescopic riser with flow-control diverter
- Three fountain nozzles: bell, tulip, lily
- Barb adapter for 3/4″ or 1″ tubing (stream/waterfall option)
- Lid with four clip fasteners and carry handle
HOW IT WORKS
Filtration Stage
- Water is drawn in through the top suction grid by the integrated pump — anti-clog design minimises debris intake.
- Water passes through the lower-density side foam sponge, capturing large particles and coarse debris.\Water passes through the high-density top foam sponge, capturing finer particles for thorough mechanical filtration.
- Water flows through zeolite biological media, which supports beneficial bacteria colonisation and absorbs ammonia.
- Water passes through the UV-C clarifier chamber where the lamp destroys free-floating single-cell algae (green water). A blue indicator light confirms the UV lamp is active.
- Filtered, clarified water exits through the 3/4″ outlet, powering the fountain nozzle, or redirected via the flow-control diverter to a stream, spitter, or waterfall.
Placement in pond
The SF Series filter sits on the pond bottom, fully submerged. The integrated pump circulates water through all three filtration stages (mechanical, biological, UV) and delivers clean water back through the fountain nozzle or an external outlet. Use a shim or riser if the telescopic tube at maximum extension does not clear the water surface. Level the unit so the nozzle is vertical for a straight fountain pattern. This self-contained all-in-one pond filter with UV is ideal for small to medium ponds where external filtration is not practical — one cord, no external plumbing.
